The International Register of Certified Educational Services provides an open list of objectively qualified educational programs, methods of education and individual trainers/facilitators/professionals.

The International Register of Certified Educational Services registers different types of educational services:

1. Educational programs
2. Methods of education
3. Trainers/Facilitators/Professionals
4. Graduates of registered educational programs

The educational programs and methods of education have to be embedded in organisations which are responsible for the quality. The organisation is assessed to a set of standards. Educational programs and methods of education listed include information on the status of the certifying institutes which guarantees the quality. Institutes audit educational programs and methods of education and assess if they come up to the requirements of accepted standards.

The criteria for the registration of educational programs and methods of education into the register are:

1. Certifying organisations which set standards of quality such as
   1. Governmental institutes for certification embedded in law
   2. Branch organisations 
   3. Organisations or associations of professionals
   4. Institutes for the development and maintenance of quality standards
   5. Organisations that develop and protect the quality of specific educational methods
2. Educational Institutes which meet the following criteria
   1. More than five years active
   2. > 10 professional staff
   3. Membership of branch organisations
   4. Certified for ISO 9001
   5. Participates in a independent client satisfaction survey on a regular base
   6. Offer her services to an international market
3. Educational Institutes that meet the following standards for success and quality in the market
   1. Years on market
   2. Amount of participants
   3. Quality management system and quality improvement program
   4. Prices and high places in public lists
   5. Famous person connected to the service

The criteria for the registration of individual trainers/facilitators/professionals into the register are:

1. Certified trainer/facilitator/professional for >5 years
2. Certified for one or more educational programs as registered into the International Register of Certified Educational Services
3. >5 years working experience in educational program as registered
